Angelina was first introduced to yoga in primary school and remembers practising backbends in her bedroom as a teenager. As a young adult, she embraced yoga because of the immediate beneficial effect she noticed it had on her physical and mental health.
She completed her first yoga teacher training program in South India in 1999. Since then, she’s taught countless classes in various styles while continuing her yoga studies with experienced teachers at home and around the world.
Angelina holds a Masters degree in Education and is inspired by a love of languages, art, music, gardening, and the great outdoors.

De has been a dedicated Iyengar Yoga practitioner since 2003 and has been teaching at Bend Over Backwards Yoga as a fully certified Iyengar yoga teacher since 2018. For De Yoga has been an ongoing journey that has brought both her personal and professional growth as well as improved health. De brings a fun and energetic approach to practice.

This 4-week series begins Jan 21, 2023
This class is designed for a deeper experience through a longer practice session. Explore ways to further develop postures including inversions and backbends. For students with previous yoga experience required.
